agree with no point that sg parents are very high on expectations, to the extent that some r simply unreasonable in their requests.
not saying that everyone is like that but some parents do not respect the preschool teachers at all. kudos to e teachers who continue with their passion in the pre-school education. remember that preschool teachers r not taken care by the govt, like e MOE teachers and yet have to handle the unglamorous stuff like cleaning your youngs' backsides.
I only have faith in the teachers but not the management.

For your info, my colleague has brought this issue to the attention of MCYS. If not, why do you think Cherie Hearts stopped showering them in the OPEN SPACE? We, as parents, would not falsely accuse the center if they are really good and did nothing wrong. Instead, we would praise them here and share with many other parents, just like they did something unacceptable and we share with other parents. Do you mean this forum can only say good things and not share negative things?

service recovery very important...open 100centers in 1yr is a good goal but ensuring quality in those 100 centers just as impt if not more impt.
Parents, if your car heats up and become over heat its doesnt work...then become not productive. Want to start engine also cannot...only give out more steam. How to move on? Gather your evidences and parents and sit down with the operator and talk.

You are funny but I like the way you 'talk'. We didn't actually purposely choose Teacher's Day to talk bad about the teachers or the mgmt. I just want to clarify things that had actually happened, in case people said we have ulterior motive.
