my child's in LTH and i really find their schoolwork difficult. is their standard high or its me who is behind wif the school cirriculum?
My kid once in LTH, as we move hse, we withdrawn her and put her in childcare nearer to our new hse. The center which now she attend have equal standard as LTH, and I also enroll her some enrichment classes. Then I realised now study is really stressful and more difficult..
School work being difficult is not a definite good thing.
The last thing you want to do is to kill the child's interest before he goes into academic system
is it common that the sch returns wrong uniform/pants, towels that belong to other children to us?
wat i dislike is the teachers' attitute. when i told them they returned a wrong towel to us, they would start to get defensive by saying "cannot be coz we take the things from their bag". they are trying to tell me i cannot even recognise my kids' items? instead of brushing their mistakes off, they should tell us they would look for it instead, and not cover up their mistakes which make themselves look very dumb.
basic customer service. owner of lth. Time to send teachers for cs course. I suppose many teahcers may not realised they are in a service line not just educator!
Yes, unsatisfied parent (shld be dissatisfied). It happens in childcare. For many reasons. One of which, teachers look after many kids and sometimes relief teachers. They wouldnt know whose tower is whose. Happens. Happens.
i think if the principal is not the boss, then she/he will not be serious about the feedback, ie can't be bothered.
better to directly email to the boss, angela wong. since she is the boss, i assume she will be very concerned about the poor admin and customer service happening at lth and would seek everyone to improve. i agree teachers should be sent to cs course. wen teachers make mistakes, they dun even apologize to us parents. call themselves educators!
the sch should come up wif this feedback form annually. its a win win situation for all. word of mouth spread very fast, esp if there are many negative feedback.

I am wondering whether is it COMMON or NORMAL that lousy admin/customer service happen in CCC?
Should I be alarmed when admin/customer service are bad but the teachers can teach and my kids improve?
I asked becoz of some of your not so plesant experience at CCC, such as wrong items are returned to yr kids, , etc
I assume the teachers might be very busy handling the kids, let alone doing other things, BUT is this a good reason for them to place less emphasis on admin or customer service? Isnt CCC in service line as well?
