Hmm.. Do your child attend tanglin Mindchamp? But I heard all Mindchamps teachers trained by their HQ? Shouldn't they be the same?I'm not to urgent cos my boy turns 2 next year so will see when um on leave. Tks
I am planning to enrol my 4 yr old child in MindChamp Fusionopolis which is nearest to my home. He is excellent in his intelectual capabilities but has short attention span. Can anyone please comment on whether this centre is good?

I've 2 kids in MC Fusion. One in K1 and one in N2.
My kids trf from Tanglin from March tis year.
U will not regret la, cos this N2 teacher is very good, responsible and keep you well updated on your child's progress and weaknesses, if any.
And, for this age, there are less crying, more independent, and able to follow instructions well.
The N2 boys are very well-behaved generally.
If there's polling... I'll vote this class the BEST !
Plus, they have a chef themselves... not catered like all other branches. They do provide drinks like barley water, waterchestnut, etc. "Homecooked" ones... help to reduce 'heat' especially if they didn't nap enough.

Yes, I agreed with phang too! My boy from k1 class too. I'm very happy with the school and his teacher. Visiting mum to paragon should visit fusion too. Teachers play a vital role in a preschool because they are the one who nurture our children.
after readings comments here, i decided to visit paragon and tanglin. I like tanglin but the centre manager told me that centre is almost full. in fact, she said parents have already started booking place for pg and n1 for next year, yes, its 2011. And their pg is going on waitlist. already 1 n1 class is full and they starting another n1 class next year. My son turning 3 so going for n1 next year. I like tanglin a lot but just wondering if its the norm to hv to book a place so early?

It's normal to book early, but usually do not need to pay deposit first until when nearing to attend school.
But MChamps case, if you dun pay, you cannot reserve a place there.
Unless you're very very very sure that you wan your kid to attend Tanglin... my advise is...dun hurry into paying deposit.
Simply, ..... it's un-refundable.
And, the amount is not small.
