In business sense, no one will refund in case u changed your mind.
once upon a time, tanglin promise me even only 1 child for the level, the class will still carry on....ended up I'm asked to trf my kid wat in order to make space for more profits at those younger age ones where demand is high.
When I said I won't trf and wan refund.... fat hope lor... no news come back.
anyway...pls learn from others' mistake.

Yes,I agreed with Phang that there will be no redund once u have placed the deposit n 1st month schoolfee and u wish to withdraw after that..deposit i'm sure u can take back after a month notice but as for 1st month schoolfee consider forfeited eventhough ur kid never attend since starting
so pls think twice before u placed any deposit with any Childcare

I hv confirmed. Also called other mindchamps to asked. They all told me, deposit definitely refundable. 1st month depends on when. For my case, since only starting next year. Its refundable as long as not started. but registration fee of 380 is not refundable.
Phang, in your case, its not the same as mine right? You attended their school already right? Then they surely wun refund lah. I am talking abt if for some reason esp if my hubby posted overseas and other changes.

I know my case is different.
The reason for demanding for a refund is... I'm so cheated and gong gong stay for 2+ mths, conditioned my kids to luv the school and then got forced to get out.
The 'threatening' part... next year there is no K2 class operating. My son is K1... what should I do for next yr ???
Diplomatically, they find me another branch to get into, to save their image, as a reputable international pre-school.
I've no time to fight for my rights... and for the sake of my kids, I eventually transferred. And I think God is very fair.
Now, it is so much better and a rewarding one.
I have nothing against MindChamps as a whole.
Just be careful with those details, especially withdrawals.
Like any investments... you will wanna know exactly wat is guaranteed and what if stop half-way etc ...correct?
And, trust your eyes... more than the heart lor.
