The student care is quite good. The teachers are nice and caring. My daughter was in this studentcare for 4 years. My younger child will join next year.

  • Brillient Student Care Centre says:

I would like to share my experience to the parents to watch out before you put your child in the student care. First of all, make sure to check about the centre. I put my child in the Brillient Student Care Centre, Jurong West. The centre has not enough teacher, lack of teaching experience, favourism treatment, purnishment is unacceptable like knee down on the floor, put the student (alone) in the separate room (isolated room) for few hours as a purnishment. If teacher found any mistakes in the exercise book, student was pitched or hit to the head by using pen or threw away the exercise book to the floor. The teacher (owner) is very fierce and scolding to the student is very bad. No motivation and no encouragement to the student. Whenever I sent my child to the centre, he ever refused to go. At firsh I did not realised that the situation was that bad and forced him to go. Eventually I found out the the bad treatment of the centre. As a result, the child was zero progress and suffered depression due to the bad treatment.
